Hey Ken, have you seen the run happening in Denmark right now? Stine Rex has just beat the record for distance run in 6 days for women, running laps across a lake. Really inspiring stuff.
Truly easy efforts really is key, and if you feel like you have to go hard for Strava then definitely drop it. Or, celebrate your easy efforts. I think it’d be cool if Strava gave medals for actually going easy, rather than the intrinsic motivation to push hard all the time
That’s so kind you share my post about running in the heat! 🔥 It’s rough in Florida right now and I can imagine it’s the same in Texas too. Lived there as well.

Wow! Thanks for letting me know. I’ll check it out!
Thanks for allllll the female representation in this issue! Can’t wait to give these gals a follow.
Yes! So many amazing women to follow 🙌🏼
Loved that bit from Lauren Beihoffer - gives me hope. And I just might ditch Strava haha

I haven’t logged into Strava in awhile. I mostly just take my data from my Garmin and put it into a spreadsheet manually 🙃
Pro move :)

It’s for sure warm here, but at least it’s not too humid in the afternoons when I do most of my running :)
Thanks for the shoutout!
Of course! Thanks for your 5 Ultra Thoughts 👌🏼
